Experience & Accomplishments

Taylor began her journey to holistic health at a small town natural health center in the summer of 2012. There, she began teaching yoga and interning with a holistic pharmacist. That winter she decided to go back to school for her Masters Degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health where she studied along side seasoned Nutritionists, Naturopaths, Herbalists, and Acupuncturists. In the fall of 2014, she received her first 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification. That winter, Taylor began her nutrition internship and in the spring of 2015, graduated with her MS in Nutrition & Integrative Health. The summer of 2015 Taylor began taking on nutrition clients, continued to teach yoga & nutrition classes, passed her Board Exams, & wrote her first cook book. In the Spring of 2016 she purchased the natural health center that started it all and re-named it The Spring Yoga & Natural Health Center. While running the business, she taught yoga and cooking classes, saw her private nutrition & yoga clients, and acquired her second 200hr YTT certificate. In the summer of 2017 Taylor reached Educator Status with The Yoga Alliance and, together with some of her colleagues, developed their own Yoga Teacher Training program that ran from 2018-2020. In the summer of 2020 Taylor sold the business and moved her private practice home where she sees clients virtually. Taylor is currently continuing her studies as an herbal apprentice and plans to acquire her Registered Herbalist credentials in the coming months.
